While rowing is at the heart of what I do , I work with a wide range of people from Hyrox athletes and gym goers who want to get more out of the machine, to those training at home with their own machine. • My coach development work goes beyond technical drills and programme design it’s about learning how to bring the best out of every individual. We explore how to read athletes, recognise when someone is struggling, and adapt your delivery in ways that build confidence rather than knock it. It’s about developing the empathy, awareness, and communication skills that turn good coaches into great ones. Whether you’re new to coaching or experienced and looking to grow, this is about helping you coach people not just performance.

  • I offer a 3-hour rowing technique workshop designed to help coaches, PTs, and members understand and teach rowing more effectively. We cover the core principles of efficient rowing, how to identify and overcome common movement restrictions, and how to maximise performance through smart, goal-specific training. The session includes technical drills, practical corrections for common mistakes and guidance on how to tailor rowing to different training goals whether that’s endurance, power or general fitness.
