Before attending your first session, please read and complete this form to confirm your participation, understanding of our community standards and media use consent.

Participation & Health

I confirm I’m fit to take part in these rowing session and will inform the coach of any injuries or health conditions. I take part voluntarily and at my own risk.

Liability Waiver

I understand rowing carries risks. The Essex Rowing Coach and its coaches are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage unless due to negligence.

Respectful Participation

Blade Rowers is a supportive, inclusive team environment. I agree to:

• Treat fellow members and coaches with respect.

• Encourage others, engage in fair and friendly competition, and keep banter positive.

• Follow all safety instructions and use equipment appropriately.

Media Consent

I understand that photos and video may be taken during sessions to share on The Essex Rowing Coaches social media, website, or promotional materials.
